The request of Pioneer Baptist Churchfor fill dirt was
<br />denied and the Administrator was directed to inform them that
<br />the County cannot legally donate to private individuals or
<br />organizations and to recommend that they contact the Drainage
<br />District in their request for fill.
<br />The Administrator advised that the Drainage District was
<br />unable to eradicate'the weeds in the pond at Tropicolony
<br />Subdivision; and he was then directed to fill the pond.

<br />that Russell Burks, the holder of
<br />'afranchise for water and sewer
<br />services in a portion of Indian River
<br />County, Florida, as set forth in
<br />'Resolution No. 66-34 adopted by the
<br />'Board of County Commissioners of
<br />Indian River County, Florida, on
<br />;August 18, 1966, and the proposed
<br />transferee of said franchise, Urban
<br />Development Utilities, Inc., a Flor-
<br />ida corporation not for profit, have
<br />notified the Board of County Com-
<br />missioners in writing of the; desire
<br />of each to increase the schedule of
<br />rates authorized to be charged and
<br />collected as set forth in Section
