<br /> subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is c/o William
<br /> DeBraal , Deputy County Attorney, 1801 27`� Street, Vero Beach, Florida
<br /> 32960, party of the first part , and the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
<br /> THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA , whose post office address
<br /> is c/o Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of State Lands , 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard ,
<br /> Mail Station 115 , Tallahassee , FL 32399-3000, party of the second part,
<br /> (Wherever used herein the terms " party of the first part" and " party of the second part" include all the
<br /> parties to this instrument and their heirs , legal representatives, successors and assigns. " Party of the first

<br /> Island " as more particularly described in Exhibit " A" attached to that certain County Deed , recorded July 20 ,
<br /> 2009, in Official Records Book 2354, Page 2311 , of the Public Records of Indian River County (the " Original
<br /> County Deed ") , which contained an erroneous distance. The correct legal descriptior) ` is, attached hereto as
<br /> Exhibit " A" , which supersedes and replaces the Exhibit " A" attached to the Original Ccunty -Deed ..
