<br />THIS INDENTURE, made this 12day of January
<br />A.D. 2010 between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a Political
<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is c/o William
<br />DeBraal, Deputy County Attorney, 1801 27`�Street, Vero Beach, Florida
<br />32960, party of the first part, and the BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
<br />THE INTERNAL IMPROVEMENT TRUST FUND OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, whose post office address
<br />is c/o Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of State Lands, 3900 Commonwealth Boulevard,
<br />Mail Station 115, Tallahassee, FL 32399-3000, party of the second part,
<br />(Wherever used herein the terms "party of the first part" and "party of the second part" include all the
<br />parties to this instrument and their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. "Party of the first

<br />hand paid by the party of the second part, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained and sold to

<br />being in Indian River, County, Florida, to -wit:

<br />The purpose of this Corrective County Deed is to correct the legal description for "Parcel 2-Calvit
<br />Island" as more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached to that certain County Deed, recorded July 20,
<br />2009, in Official Records Book 2354, Page 2311, of the Public Records of Indian River County (the "Original
<br />County Deed"), which contained an erroneous distance. The correct legal descriptios),is.atiach'ed hereto as
<br />Exhibit "A", which supersedes and replaces the Exhibit "A" attached to the Original Ccunty•Deed..
