t b i <br />WEDNESDAY,MAY 8, 1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, May 8, 1968 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were Robert W. Graves, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, Jr., <br />Vice Chairman; Donald Macdonald; Richard P. Bogosian and Jack <br />U. Dritenbas. Also Present were Jack G. Jennings, Administrator; <br />Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney and Janet N. Burriss, <br />Deputy Clerk. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if <br />there were any corrections or additions to the minutes of April <br />9, April 10, April 12, April 15 and April 24. There were none <br />and upon Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried the minutes were <br />approved as written. <br />The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />Subdivision known as Green Acres Subdivision and recommended its <br />tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision Requirements. <br />Upon a Motion of Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Dritenbas and unanimously carried the recommended tentative <br />approval was given for Green Acres Subdivision. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried permission was <br />granted for the final plat of Karr Subdivision to be put on <br />record and that the thirty five foot private road was not to be <br />maintained in any way'by the County. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that the revision <br />and road grade of the extension of the tentatively approved plan <br />of Lows Subdivision be approved in order to enable the developer <br />to plan his water and sewer system; but that the tentative approval <br />of the remainder of the subdivision Northward and East be withheld <br />MAY 8 19 <br />1 • <br />RV"' Ti <br />
