S . 218, Local Government Prompt Payment Act. <br /> (3 ) Additional Services Fee : <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay for additional services, approved by the COUNTY in writing, that <br /> are outside or beyond the scope of services identified above in accordance with the approved <br /> hourly rate schedule ("Exhibit B") .
