(ENGINEER) <br /> and Indian River County ( COUNTY) . <br /> This Amendment No . 1 to Work Order Number 11 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Amendment No . l to Work Order No . 11 will include the processing and addressing <br /> comments within the standard environmental resource application (40 - 061 - 122403 - 1 ) . This <br /> will also include revising the construction plans . <br /> SECTION IV — COMPENSATION <br /> The COUNTY agrees to pay , and the ENGINEER agrees to accept , a fee for services <br /> rendered according to the " Scope of Services " identified in Section II of this Amendment No . <br /> 1 to Work Order Number 11 , a Lump Sum Fee of $ 5 , 070 . 00 . <br />
