Mrs. Luckie, Vero Beach Women's Club, appeared before the <br />Board expressing appreciation of County Commissioner's Resolution <br />No. 68-33. She stated however that it: was .the desire' of the Club <br />that the words "for the use and benefit of the general public" be <br />stricken from the Resolution. She was advised that there -could <br />be no action on the matter until the return of the County Attorney. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas and the out of County travel of Forrest <br />McCullars, County Agent, to Okeechobee on May 31 for a Dairy <br />• <br />Management Meeting and to the University of Florida on June 5th and <br />6th to attend a State DARE meeting was unanimously approved. <br />Homer Fletcher, Tax Assessor, appeared before the Board expressing <br />his appreciation for the ramp which was built leading into the entrance <br />of the new annex. <br />The several bills and accounts against the County having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct. were approved and. <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows; General Fund, <br />Nos. 1063 to 1125 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 820 to 841 <br />inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 48 --to 54 inclusive. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds being <br />listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the rules of <br />the Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and list so <br />recorded being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business, on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board adjourned at 11:30 o'clock A.
