(ENGINEER) and Indian River County <br /> ( COUNTY) . <br /> This Work Order No . 16 amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> 82nd Avenue Bridge over the Indian River Farms Water Control District Lateral D Canal (4t" <br /> Street) <br /> SECTION II — SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> This Work Order No . 16 is for providing design , permitting and construction related services <br /> for the above mentioned project . <br /> SECTION III - TIME FOR COMPLETION <br /> Design and permitting services — 240 days for completion . Construction services shall run <br /> concurrently with the construction work for 82nd Avenue Bridge over the I . R . F . W . C . D .
