M•;'�'t r'-+="�'.'s t,.. <br />WEDNESDAY, JUNE 5, 1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, <br />Florida on Wednesday, June 5, 1968 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. <br />Present were D. B. McCullers, Jr., Vice Chairman; Donald <br />Macdonald; Jack U. Dritenbas and Richard P. Bogosian. Absent <br />was Robert W. Graves, Chairman. Also present were Jack G. <br />Jennings, County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, County <br />Attorney; Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Hurries, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Vice Chairman called the meeting to order and the <br />Administrator presented an extension to a tentative plat of <br />a Subdivision known as Suncrest Terrace Subdivision and <br />recommended its tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision <br />Requirements. Upon Motion of Commissioner Dritenbas, seconded <br />by Commissioner Macdonald and unanimously carried, the <br />recommended tentative approval was given for the extension of <br />Suncrest Terrace Subdivision. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian, the request of Mr. Hartsfield for the <br />County to grade a road on the; bank of Drainage Canal J to <br />furnish him access to his property was unanimously denied. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian and the request of Mr. Cunningham that <br />an easement east of 50th Avenue be abandoned was unanimously <br />denied. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Dritenbas, the following Resolution was unanimously <br />adopted: <br />a <br />JUN 51968' <br />BOOR 11 PAC(251 <br />
