Under this agreement, Indian River <br /> County agrees to compensate the Spivey Group , Inc . at the following labor rates plus reimbursable expenses : <br /> $ 150 per hour for principals with an MAI designation , $ 200 per hour for expert testimony, $ 125 per hour for <br /> associates , and $ 95 per hour for research staff. Woodall and/or Joseph S .
