A Motion was made by <br />Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Dritenbas and <br />unanimously carried that the Board determines that the construction <br />has been started on the property rezoned by Resolution 66-50 and <br />the same provisions shall exist as contained in that Resolution. <br />Doctor Paul Taylor appeared before the Board in regard to a <br />swimming pool which is being sponsored by the Rotary Club. It is <br />to be located near the High School and the estimated cost is to <br />approximate $60,000.00. Doctor Taylor stated that the'City of Vero <br />Beach is donating $10,000.00 and that the support of the County <br />would also be appreciated, <br />The Administrator reported that he had examined the problems <br />of the Sixth Avenue extension and that there was little that could <br />be done concerning the drainage problem excepting to reset existing <br />tile in the. same areas now being used. He stated that the road <br />could be rebuilt on the same area and be used as a one way street. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers and unanimously carried that the Administrator be <br />requested to mail letters of inquiry to the property owners <br />explaining that the Board proposes to change the street to a one <br />xA 9' P <br />way streets. that if the property owners object to this, the Board <br />would consider a two lane street, putting in ani8 foot pavement, <br />if the owners would provide the additional 10 foot of right of way <br />on both sides. <br />It was decided that a request for a traffics control evaluation <br />of State Roads 5 and 5A in Gifford be postponeduntil a later meeting. <br />A bill received from R. F.
