CDM Smith will provide the County with quarterly reports containing <br /> trends in the sampled parameters and water levels , identifying any adverse trends , and providing <br /> suggested further monitoring. <br /> TASK 4. 0 INTERACTION WITH PROPERTY OWNERS <br /> In the event that the County is contacted by a neighboring well / property owner claiming impacts , <br /> CDM Smith will meet with the property owner to assess the concern , review configuration of the <br /> wellhead and pumping system ( if present) and determine appropriate action to be taken . CDM <br /> Smith will only conduct services under this task when expressly requested by County staff. <br /> OTHER SERVICES NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> CDM Smith intends to rely solely on the accuracy of the field probes for parameter measurements . <br /> CDM Smith does not intend to contract with a laboratory for further analysis . If laboratory analysis <br /> is required , CDM Smith will negotiate additional services with the County . <br /> This authorization does not include : <br /> ■ Permit modifications or negotiations with SJRWMD regarding mitigation <br /> COUNTY RESPONSIBILITIES <br /> The County will assist in gaining permission to sample any and all County - owned wells included in <br /> the monitoring program . This will include on and off site raw water supply wells , on and off site <br /> WTP monitoring wells , and any wells located on County - owned property such as golf courses and <br /> fairgrounds . <br /> TIME SCHEDULE <br /> Services will commence immediately upon receipt of notice to proceed and continue on a monthly <br /> basis until such time as the County determines that adequate monitoring has been conducted or the <br /> funding is exhausted . <br /> A - 2 12659 WO doc <br />
