Amendment No . 1 includes the following Scope of Services to assist IRC SWDD with meeting <br /> the requirements for the following during 2011 : <br /> ■ Project Quality Management <br /> ■ Annual and semi- annual water quality reporting, <br /> ■ Title V reporting, <br /> ■ General Technical and miscellaneous permit compliance monitoring and reporting <br /> ■ Quarterly Contamination Evolution Monitoring <br /> SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> CDM will undertake the annual permit compliance monitoring and reporting, which will <br /> include the following tasks : <br /> Task 1 : Project Quality Management <br /> Task 2 : Annual and Semi-Annual Sampling and Reporting <br /> Task 3 : Title V Permit Compliance and Reporting; and <br /> Task 4 : General Technical and Miscellaneous Permit Compliance Reporting <br /> Task 5 : Quarterly Contamination Evaluation Monitoring <br /> TASK 1 . 0 - PROJECT QUALITY MANAGEMENT <br /> Activities performed under this task consist of those generally administrative functions <br /> required to assure that the project remains on schedule, within budget, and that the quality of <br /> the work products defined within this scope is consistent with CDM' s standards and IRC <br /> SWDD' s expectations . <br /> CDM will meet with IRC SWDD staff monthly for project planning and coordination . CDM' s <br /> project manager will prepare and submit monthly status reports and attend status reporting <br /> meetings throughout the life of the project. It is estimated that meetings will be held on the <br /> average of once a month . Preparation of invoices and project administration will also be <br /> performed under this task . <br /> TASK 2. 0 - ANNUAL AND SEMI- ANNUAL SAMPLING AND REPORTING <br /> CDM will assist IRC SWDD with all sampling preparation activities, including scheduling, <br /> staffing, subcontracting, and field equipment preparation . CDM will perform the field testing, <br /> sample collection, and water-level measurements . CDM will contract with Ideal Tech Service <br /> Inc . (ITS) to perform the groundwater, surface water, and leachate sampling . CDM / ITS will <br /> perform the semi-annual (January and July) sampling of the 27 Class I landfill groundwater <br /> monitor wells and 6 construction and demolition (C& D) debris landfill groundwater monitor <br /> wells (33 total wells) for the list of Semi- Annual Ground Water Parameters on Attachment D <br /> and Attachment E of the MPIS, respectively, included in Permit No . SO31 - 0128769- 018 . CDM <br /> understands that a draft of Permit Nos . SC31 -0128769- 019 and SO31 -0128769- 020 are currently <br /> being reviewed by IRC SWDD . Sampling of proposed new or replacement groundwater <br /> monitor wells required by Permit Nos . SC31 -0128769-019 and SO31 -0128769-020 are not <br /> included this Scope of Services . A cost proposal for supervision of the well installation, <br /> sampling, and reporting required for the new, replacement, or redesignated groundwater <br /> monitor wells will be provided upon request.
