Amendment No . 11 — Professional Engineering Services Agreement RE , IRC Project No . 9810 (CAI Job # 98 -23E) � � "D'` ` Dear Chris : We are pleased to present this proposed amendment for additional professional engineering services relative preparing legal descriptions and sketches for storm drainage easements and acquisition parcels , design of additional storm water management facilities , re-grading of intersections for future s> gnalization and the addition of a 6 foot wide sidewalk along the west side of 66TH Avenue , all in conjunction with the Phase 2 portion of the 60 Avenue paving and drainage improvements project (4`h Street to 16`h Street) . All provisions of the original Professional Engineering Services Agreement (dated November 17 , 1998) , including Amendment Nos . 1 through 10 , shall remain in full force and effect , unless otherwise specifically modified herein . The following further describes our proposed scope of services and terms of agreement between Carter Associates , Inc . (Engineer) and Indian River County (County) : Legal Descriptions & Sketches : CAI shall develop a total of (22) twenty-two Sketches and (28) twenty-eight Descriptions comprised of ( 19 ) nineteen storm drainage easements and (9) nine acquisition parcels along the subject route of 66th Avenue , 4th Street (secondary roadway) , 8th Street (secondary Roadway) and 12th Street (secondary roadway) . The work is further described as follows : 1 . Research and retrieve parcel identification card from the Indian River County property appraiser ' s web site of each of the subject parcels . Retrieve listed description and verify parcel identification with owner of each. A search of the Indian River County Clerk of the Circuit Court Records will be made if record listed document is not available from web site . (An updated title search report of the subject parent parcels is recommended but is not included) . 2 . Utilize listed parent parcel description to develop new descriptions for easements or parcel acquisitions . 3 . Prepare and develop a " Sketch and Description" for each specific case of easement or parcel acquisition . (Not a Survey) 4 . Review for completion of M . T . S .
