No . 11 -204S <br /> IRCounty Project No . 1101 <br /> IRCounty Contract No . 1032 <br /> IRC Work Order No . 1 <br /> Project Limits : <br /> Old Dixie Highway Route Survey and Right- of-Way Mapping from Oslo Road /9th Street SW to <br /> centerline of east bound lane of State Road 60 Highway/20th Street ( 3 . 5 +/- miles ) <br /> Survey Services performed within parts of Section 1 , 2 , 12 , 13 and 24 , Township 33 South , Range 39 East , <br /> Section 19 , Township 33 South , Range 40 East , Indian River County , Florida <br /> Project Scope : <br /> The SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to include the following : <br /> Project is to adhere to provided Indian River County Right- of-Way Map Checklist . <br /> 1 . ) Establish horizontal control network along +/- 18 , 500 feet within the densely traffic right- of-way corridor <br /> with ties to existing Indian River County or City of Vero Beach Horizontal Control Monument along or closely <br /> adjacent to the project corridor <br /> 2 . ) Establish horizontal and baseline control of project to Florida State Plane Coordinate System , East Zone , <br /> NAD 83/99 <br /> 3 . ) Locate and / or establish block corners , lot corners , recover / re -survey section and % section corners , ties <br /> to government lot and section lines along and intersecting the right- of-way corridor. <br /> 4 . ) Locate edge of pavement of Old Dixie Hwy ( +/- 18 , 500 feet ) and 100 feet on side streets ( +/- 5 , 500 feet) <br /> 5 . ) Locate building structures footprint ( roadway face) and/or major concrete slabs or major features <br /> of <br /> concern within 25 feet of the densely commercial / residential right-of-way corridor <br /> 6 . ) Establish baseline and centerline of right-of-way . Set nail and disks ( or sufficient monumentation ) at all <br /> centerline points of intersection PC ' s , PI ' s , PT' s and at intervals not to exceed 1 , 000 feet <br /> 7 . ) Recover and verify existing plat of maintenance map ( Plat Book 13 , page 45 ) and Florida East Coast <br /> Railway right of way at Oslo Road/9th Street SW <br /> 8 . ) Prepare Certified Corner Reports ( CCR ) or update on all found , used and or established sectional control <br /> throughout the project <br /> JASURVEY WORK AUTHORIZATIONS\IRC Survey 2010- 1012\ 11 -204S_IRC_WO_O1dDixeHwyROW (Oslo to SR60) . doc 2 <br /> OF 6 <br />
