No . 11 -205S IRCounty Project No . 1102 IRCounty Contract No . 1032 IRC Work Order No . 2 Project Limits : Old Dixie Highway Right- of-Way from 100 feet south of 8th street ( Glendale Road ) to south edge of pavement of east bound lane of S . R . 60 Highway ( 1 . 5 +/- miles ) Topographic Survey Services performed within parts of Section 1 , 2 and 12 , Township 33 South , Range 39 East , Indian River County , Florida . Project Scope : The SURVEYOR shall provide Professional Land Surveying services to include the following : - Use of established - horizoatal control and right of way per IRC Right of Way Project No . 1101 and vertical control network benchmarks along the right- of-way corridor based on Florida State Plane Coordinate System , East Zone , NAD 83/99 and North American Vertical Datum of 1988 with ties to the Indian River County Benchmark Network 2 . ) Field observe and record vertical ground elevations cross sections 25 ' outside of right way at 100 ' intervals and all specific points ( inverts , bottom of structures , retention areas , etc. ) and changes in contour within the right of way corridor ( 100 feet south of 8th street to south edge of pavement of east bound lane of S . R . 60 Highway) . Cross sections to be performed at 100 ' even baseline stations . 3 . ) Field observe and record vertical ground elevations cross sections 100 ' each way on side streets @ 50 ' intervals and all specific points and changes in contour within the right of way of side streets . 4 . ) Field locate and record existing building structures footprint ( roadway face only) , all man - made above ground and natural features (over head electrical , valves , retention ponds , signs , culverts , road and etc . ) within right of way corridor and 25 ' outside of right- of-way . 5 . ) Establish and set vertical benchmarks along the topographic route right of way survey not to exceed 700 feet . 6 . ) Indian River County is to supply relevant information and data helpful to the positioning of the project from Indian River County files within ten ( 10 ) days of notice to proceed . This is to be joint effort of research with representatives from Carter Associates , Inc meeting with Indian River County staff to review historic documents .
