the addition to Sun Crest Terrace Subdivision. The Administrator <br />advised Mr. Zorc that the completed plat may be presented to him <br />for approval before Board action can be taken orthat an uncompleted <br />plat may be presented with bond. <br />The Board recessed at 11:15 o'clock A. M. and reconvened at 2:00 <br />o'clock P. M. <br />Mr. R. Froemke, Chief of Concurrent Programs of the Outdoor <br />Recreational Development Council appeared before the Board, and at <br />the request of the Chairman, made his presentation of the Federal <br />matching fund check for the purchase of Round Island Park, in the <br />amount of $53,946.75, to Commissioner Macdonald. Mr. Froemke <br />", discussed the operations and procedures of his office with the <br />Board and told them that as the above mentioned check was a <br />reimbursement for money expended by the County, the use of the <br />funds were at the discretion of the County. The Board heartily <br />expressed their appreciation for this reimbursement and for the <br />part of Mr. Froemke in procuring it. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Graves, the Clerk was unanimously authorized to place <br />the check for $53,946.75 in the Capital Outlay Fund. <br />The several bills and accounts against the: County having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos. 1365 to 1430 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 965 to 1013 <br />inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund, Nos. 83 to 88 inclusive. Such <br />bills and accounts being on file in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court, the warrants so issued from the respective funds <br />being listed in the Supplemental Minute Book as provided by the <br />rules of the Legislative Auditor, reference to such record and list <br />being made a part of these minutes. <br />There being no further business on Motion made, seconded and <br />carried, the Board then adjourned at 3:45 o'' <br />AUG 7 <br />
