<br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County,
<br />Florida met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach,
<br />Florida on Wednesday, August 21 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present
<br />were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Robert W. Graves; Donald Macdonald
<br />and Richard P. Bogosian. Absent was D. B. McCullers, Jr.,`'Vice
<br />Chairman. Also present were Charles Smith, acting as County Attorney;
<br />Jack G. Jennings, County Adm}nistrator; and Alfred H. Webber and
<br />Janet N. Burriss, Deputy Clerks. Absent was.iSherman N. Smith, Jr.,
<br />,County Attorney.
<br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there
<br />were any additions or corrections to the minutes of August 7.
<br />There were none and upon Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald,
<br />seconded by Commissioner Bogosian the minutes of August 7 were
<br />unanimously approved.as written.
