WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 11,1968 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />met in 'regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida on <br />Wednesday, September 11, 1968 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were <br />Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Robert W. Graves; Donald Macdonald and <br />Richard P. Bogosian. Absent was D. B. McCullers, Jr., Vice Chairman. <br />.Also present were Charles F. Williams and George W. Eyles, acting in <br />the capacity of County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County <br />Attorney; and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Burriss, Deputy Clerks., <br />Absent was Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and suggested that a <br />change be made on Page 11 of the minutes of August 21. On a Motion <br />made by. Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian the <br />minutes of August 21 were unanimously approved, this change having <br />been made. <br />Homer C. Fletcher, Tax Assessor, appeared before the Board and <br />requested authorization for map work to beJdone by Honeycutt and <br />Associates. A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried that the Board tentatively <br />approves the proposal of Honeycutt and Associates as outlined in their <br />letter of August 23 to furnish to the Indian River County Tax Assessor <br />from the account of the Board of County Commissioners, -the map work <br />there outlined, at a cost not to exceed $6,000.00, the map work to be <br />performed under the direction of the Tax Assessor on a cost plus basis <br />under : contract formula to be submitted to this Board and subject to <br />its approval. <br />John Sutherland, Attorney, appeared before the board requesting <br />vacation by the County of an easement in Vero Lake Estates. On a <br />Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald <br />the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />111110k EE <br />SEP 11 <br />
