<br />. by Commissioner Graves, seconded:.`by Macdonald the following Resolution
<br />unanimously adopted:
<br />WHEREAS, the Zoning Commission of Indian River County, Florida,
<br />did after public hearing make its final report recommending changes and addi-
<br />tions to the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County, Florida; and,
<br />WHEREAS, this Board slid publish its notice of said recommended
<br />changes and additions and did, pursuant thereto, hold a public hearing in
<br />relation thereto at which parties in interest and citizens were heard; Now,
<br />therefore,
<br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian
<br />River County, Florida, that the Zoning Resolution of Indian River County,
<br />Florida, and the accompanying Zoning Map, be changed as follows:
<br />1. That the Zoning Map be changed in order that the following des-
<br />cribed property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Parts of Government Lots 5 and 6, Section 21, Government
<br />Lots 1 and 2, Section 27, and Government Lots 1 and 2,
<br />Section 28, Township 33 South, Range 40 East, as shown
<br />on the Preliminary Subdivision Plan of: "The Moorings"
<br />dated July 24, 1968, and signed by James L. Beindorf,
<br />Civil Engineer, and Jack G. Jennings, County Administra-
<br />tor,
<br />be changed from R-1 A, Country, Home District, to R-3,. Transient District
<br />and C-1 A, Restricted Commercial District,
<br />2. That the Zoning Map be changed in ; order that the following des-
<br />cribed property, situated in .Indian River County, Florida, to -wit:
<br />Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 19, 20, 21 and 22,. Pinewood Subdivision,
<br />according toplat, thereof filed in Plat Book 2, page 89,
<br />public records ,of Indian River County, Florida;
<br />be changed from R-1
<br />Single Family District, to C-1, Commercial District.
<br />All within the meaning and intent and asset forth and described in
<br />said Zoning Resolution.
