Joseph W. Walton in Sections <br />21, 22, 27 and 28 in Township 33 South, Range 40 East, Indian River County, <br />Florida, recorded in Plat Book 3, -page 30, ; in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court of said County, none of which now constitutes or was acquired <br />for a state or federal highway and none of which is located within the limits of <br />any incorporated municipality, and does herewith vacate,abandon, discontinue <br />and close all of said Flora1ton. Boulevard as shown on said plat; provided, <br />however, , that the provisions of, this Resolution shall become effective only <br />upon the dedication or conveyance to Indian River County, Florida, of all of <br />the right of way for a public road of the area designated as Galleon Drive as <br />shown upon the preliminary subdivision plan for The Moorings, Vero Beach, <br />Florida, identified by the signature of the County. Administrator dated July 24, <br />1968, and filed in the records of his 'office.` <br />7. Notice of the adoption of this: resolution shall be published one <br />time within thirty (30) days following its adoption in one issue of a newspaper <br />of general circulation publishedin the County.
