RESOLUTION NO. 68-63 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1. The Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, Florida <br />has informed this Board that it desires the real property owned by this County <br />hereinafter described for construction of a public school and has applied to <br />this Board for a conveyance thereof, This Board is satisfied that such prop- <br />erty is required for such use and is not needed for County purposes and does <br />herewith authorizethe conveyance thereof for the nominal sum of Ten Dollars <br />($10.00) in accordance with the provisions of Section 125.38, Florida Statutes. <br />This Board does further determine that said lands were not acquired by this <br />County for delinquent taxes and are not described in the book designated <br />"County Lands Acquired for Delinquent Taxes" and were not conveyed to this <br />County for a specific purpose containing a reversionary clause. <br />2. That the form of deed presented herewith from Indian River <br />County, Florida, to the Board of Public Instruction of Indian River County, <br />Florida, conveying the following described property, situated in Indian River <br />County, Florida, to -wit: <br />The Southwest one-quarter of the Northeast one-quarter <br />of Section 11, Township 33 South, Range 39 East, <br />Less and except <br />(1) The West 80 feet <br />(2) The North 35 feet <br />(3) The East 50 feet <br />(4) The North 40 feet of the South 70 feet <br />is herewith approved and the Chairman and Clerk are authorized and directed <br />to make, execute and deliver that deed on behalf of the County. <br />Back 1i PA{ff428 <br />Smith, Heath, Smith & O'Halre, Attorneys At Law, P.
