by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian and <br />unanimously carried that the Tax Assessor is authorized to change <br />from the Auto Positive System to the Milar System in the reproduction <br />of the sectional maps. <br />Frank Phillips, City of Vero Beach Utilities Department appeared <br />before the Board in regard to the sale of County Land by the County <br />to the City as had been agreed in 1966 or 1967 for the purpose of a <br />sub -station. A Motion was made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried that the request of the <br />City be granted and that a survey and deed be prepared for the <br />transaction, with the clause that if the land were not used by the <br />City it would revert to the County. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian the request of Frank Rogel for Morris Schwartz <br />for a zoning change from R1A to Cl for trailer park purposes was <br />approved and advertisement for Public Hearing was authorized. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />Bogosian, it was unanimously carried that upon the compliance of <br />Mike Starckx in building a fence to enclose his junk yard, County <br />approval for its operation will be granted. <br />The request of Joe Reams for reduction of the speed limit on <br />12th Street between Old Dixie Highway and U. S. 1 from 45 miles per <br />hour to 25 miles per hour was, upon Motion made by Commissioner <br />Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Graves, unanimously referred to <br />the Indian River County Safety Council. <br />A Motion was made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by <br />Commissioner Bogosian and unanimously carried that the request of <br />John Morrison that the speed limit on River Drive be reduced to 20 <br />miles an hour be referred to the Indian River County Safety Council. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Graves, it was unanimously carried that Charles F.
