<br /> ENGINEER, ENGINEER's Consultant, and the for initiating , maintaining and supervising all safety
<br /> officers , directors, partners , employees , agents , precautions and programs in connection with the
<br /> and other consultants of each and any of them Work. CONTRACTOR shall take all necessary
<br /> from and against all claims , costs, losses, and precautions for the safety of, and shall provide
