This request for <br /> modification is for a six month time extension, a revision to the CDBG Agreement Work <br /> Plan, a revision to the Program Budget and Scope of Work and a revision in the Number <br /> of Accomplishments and Beneficiaries . <br /> As of the beginning of March 2010 , construction activities were fifty percent complete , <br /> and the County had expended $ 67 , 867 . 50 and encumbered over $ 70, 000 . 00 on the <br /> project . This is slightly less progress than the County had previously anticipated for the <br /> project . <br /> The principal reason for the delay in the project ' s progress is that significantly more <br /> applicants are being assisted by funding from this project than had been anticipated . <br /> While the goal of the project was to assist 6 households , the actual number of households <br /> assisted will . be over 30 . <br />
