A TRUE COPY <br />CERTIFICATION ON LAST PAGE <br />J.R. SMITH, CLERK <br />the habitat, bedding is excluded, and operations and harvest plans are described in <br />the Management Plan. <br />b. Salvage Harvesting. Salvage harvesting following natural disasters, <br />including but not limited to insect infestations, floods, drought, storms, plant <br />disease, or wildfires, shall be allowed in all areas of the Property in accordance <br />with applicable BMPs Following such disaster, all site preparation and re- <br />establishment activities will be conducted according to BMPs. However, Grantor <br />is not required to re-establish areas following natural disasters. <br />6. Agricultural Operations. Grantor shall have the right to continue the <br />apiary operations in place on the Property at the time of closing as shown in the <br />Easement Documentation Report. <br />7. Resource-based Recreation and Non-native or Nuisance Animals. <br />Grantor reserves the right for itself and the public to use the Property for resource- <br />based recreational activities, including, but not limited to, fishing, horseback <br />riding, swimming, camping, hiking, bicycling boating, and birding, to the extent <br />possible considering the environmental sensitivity of the Property, and (i) said <br />activities are in compliance with section 373.1391, Florida Statutes, (ii) said <br />activities are included in the Management Plan, and (hi) said activities do not <br />interfere with the accomplishment of the purposes of this Easement. Grantor <br />reserves the right to control nuisance or non-native animals All of the foregoing <br />activities shall be conducted in compliance with applicable federal, state and local <br />laws. <br />8. Access. Grantor retains the right to control and limit all access to the <br />Property subject to the Grantee's right of access as herein granted. <br />9. Restoration and Enhancement. Grantor shall retain the right to engage <br />in activities on the Property designed to enhance or restore the natural <br />communities on the Property provided Grantee is notified in writing prior to the <br />commencement of such activities, and provided such activities are properly <br />permitted by the appropriate authority and are described in the Management Plan. <br />10. Ouiet Use and Enlovment. Grantor retains all rights and use of the <br />Property not otherwise prohibited by the express terms of this Easement, <br />including all rights of possession and quiet use and enjoyment. <br />IV. GRANTEE'S AFFIRMATIVE RIGHTS. <br />Subject to the rights and interests of Grantor herein reserved, Grantor gives, <br />grants and conveys the following affirmative rights to Grantee: <br />1.
