M. Present were Jack U. Dritenbas, Chairman; D. B. McCullers, <br />Jr., Vice Chairman; Robert W. Graves and Donald Macdonald.. Absent was <br />Richard P. Bogosian. Also present were Jack G. Jennings, County <br />Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney; and Alfred H. <br />Webber and Janet N. Burriss, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and recognized Marvin <br />Carter appearing for Mr. Drozinski in regard to the tentative approval <br />of Mobile Villa Estates. The County Administrator presented the plat <br />of the Subdivision known as Mobile Villa Estates and recommended its <br />tentative approval as meeting with County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Macdonald, seconded by Commissioner <br />Graves and unanimously carried, the tentative approval of Mobile <br />Villa Estates was given with the provision that all work be done to <br />comply with County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Fred Prestjn, Councilman for the City of Vero Beach, appeared <br />before the Board with the suggestion that a Data Process System be <br />considered for the use of all the County and City Offices. He was <br />told that if he could enlist the co-operation of the various offices <br />of the County and the City, the Board of County Commissioners would <br />be happy to attend a meeting for further discussion of the matter. <br />James L. Beindorf, appearing for Mr. Link in regard to the <br />Moorings Subdivision, requested final approval, of the plat. The <br />County Administrator presented the plat of the Subdivision known as <br />The Moorings and recommended its final approval as meeting with County <br />Subdivision Regulations. Upon a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, <br />secon'Led by C nmmissioner McCullers, the final' approval of the Moorings <br />Subdivision, Unit #1, was unanimously given,subject to the posting of <br />a performance bond in the amount of $235,000.00 conditioned that all <br />work be done in compliance to County Subdivision Regulation1, <br />DEC 181968 <br />
