The County Attorney reported that suit has been filed in the <br />name of the County for the acquisition of the remaining right of way <br />for State Road 60 from 20th Avenue to King's Highway. He reported <br />that possession is expected in January and that the State Road • <br />Department is expected to receive(: bids on it in January. <br />The County Attorney reported that the Courts have validated the <br />bonds of the State for buying park lands and asked for a report from <br />Commissioner Macdonald. Commissioner Macdonald stated that the first <br />step toward the State taking the Parks was to have the lands appraised, <br />and if the appraised price was not too great and agreeable to the <br />owners on the basis of this appraisal, it is hopeful that the State <br />will accept the appraisal. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Graves, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers the following Resolution was unanimously adopted; and the <br />following agreement approved: <br />resolves.: <br />RESOLUTION NO; 68 72 ,. <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florid <br />1.
