The County Attorney recommended that the County refund <br />forfeited bonds as ordered by the Judge of the Court. A Motion was <br />made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Macdonald, <br />and payment of the following bonds was unanimously approved: <br />Rudy Hubbard for bond of T. H. Higgs "" "" "" Adele Jones "" HU IS "" 100.00 <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner G aves, seconded by Commissioner <br />McCullers the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 68. 73 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1. That pursuant to a deed of conveyance by B. L. Holman and <br />Dora Belle Holman, his wife, dated May 6, 1947, recorded in Deed Book 47, <br />page 505, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Indian River County, <br />Florida, there was conveyed in Parcel No. 2 of that quit claim deed a right of <br />way for a public road 60 feet in width and which said 60 feet lies immediately <br />East of and parallel to the parcel of land conveyed to Indian River County, a <br />political subdivision of the State of Florida, by deed dated January 31, 1955, <br />from W. H. Surrency and Rosa L. Surrency, his wife, which said deed is <br />recorded in Deed Book 93, page 498, in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit <br />Court of Indian River County, Florida, in which said conveyance a right of way <br />for a public road, canal and drainage is described having an East/West width <br />of 30 feet. <br />2. That after said conveyances, this County did construct a public <br />road on said property and that the centerline of said public road as it exists <br />this date is located 60 feet West of the East line of the parcel described in <br />Parcel No. 2 in the deed from Holman described above and is located 30 <br />feet East of the West line of the parcel described in the deed from Surrency. <br />3. That the County does herewith disclaim any and all right, title <br />or interest in and to any lands conveyed or purported to be conveyed by both of <br />the above described deeds except the land described in Parcel 1 of the Holman <br />deed and except the land lying 60 feet East of and 30 feet West of <br />the centerline of the public road as it exists on this date. pag4 11 „A` c 7 <br />DEG 1 8 1968 <br />
