Hugh Penuel, Juvenile Counselor, appeared before the Board with a request for more office space. He advised the Board that as the nature of his work was largely confidential, it is imperative that he have a private office. The Administrator reported that he had again surveyed the space situation in the Courthouse and that there was a possibility that the Juvenile Counselor might be able to exchange offices with the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Agent. After some discussion concerning the shortage of office space in the Courthouse, a Motion was made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Loy and unanimously carried that the Administrator be authorized to have plans drawn up for the interior of the second floor of the Annexa and that he make inquiries of the Agricultural Stabilization and Conservation Agent to determine if an exchange of offices is possible, at this time.
