A Motion was made by Commissioner Massey; seconded by Commissioner McCullers and unanimously carried that these bids be givento the Administrator for evaluation. The Administrator stated that they would be given to Mr. Israel of the Universal Engineering Testing Company for evaluation. On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried the bid of Don Smith's Paint Store for painting the ambulance building, in the amount of $1,725, was, on the recommendation of the Administrator, rejected, and the Administrator was authorized to readvertise. On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner Bogosian, on the recommendation of the Administrator, the low bid of Fort Pierce Jeep Company in the amount of $3,459.89 was unanimously accepted for the new 1969 jeep type vehicle. The Administrator reported that there would be further evaluation on the five bids for the new tractor. On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner Loy, the Administrator was requested to report at the next meeting. The Sheriff filed with the Board a statement of his appointments of Betty W.
