G . POND 200 STORMWATER FACILITY — The Contractor shall construct the pond <br /> facility in accordance with the plans and specifications . In addition , the Contractor <br /> shall place and spread the excavated soil material from the pond site to specific <br /> locations near the pond site as directed by the County . <br /> In accordance with a Developer ' s Agreement between Indian River Federal Credit <br /> Union , Elwill Associates , Inc . and Indian River County approximately 6 , 500 cubic <br /> yards of the excavated material shall be placed on the Indian River Federal Credit <br /> Union site and approximately 10 , 000 cubic yards of the excavated material shall <br /> be placed on the Elwill Associates , Inc . site . Both sites lie east and adjacent to the <br /> drainage access easement for the proposed Pond 200 site . <br /> Through the Developer' s Agreement , the County shall provide an area on the two <br /> sites to stock pile the excavated soil . The County shall assure that the sites are <br /> cleared , acquire all necessary permits and assure that the sites are ready to <br /> receive the excavated soil material from the proposed pond site excavation . <br /> Once the sites are prepared , the Contractor shall excavate , haul and stock pile the <br /> soil material on the designated sites . The stock pile shall not have side slopes <br /> greater than 2 : 1 and shall not be placed any greater than elevation 24 feet NGVD . <br /> The Contractor shall provide Hydro - seed over the stock pile and all disturbed <br /> areas .
