the event the Contract is awarded to the Bidder , Bidder will enter in a Contract with the County <br /> and furnish the required 100 % Public Construction Bond within the timeframe set by the <br /> County . If Bidder fails to do so , the Bid Security shall be retained by the County as liquidated <br /> damages and not as penalty .
