SECTION 01820 <br /> Post Final Inspection <br /> 1 . 1 GENERAL <br /> A . Approximately one year after Substantial Completion , the OWNER will make <br /> arrangements with the Construction Coordination Manager and the <br /> CONTRACTOR for a post final inspection and will send a written notice to said <br /> parties to inform them of the date and time of the inspection : <br /> B . , Corrections of defective work noted by OWNER and Construction Coordination <br /> Manager shall comply with the applicable sections of Article 13 , General <br /> Conditions . <br /> C .
