Recipient is to use funding to perform the following eligible activities as identified in the <br />United States Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management <br />Agency, National Preparedness Directorate Fiscal Year 2009-10 State Homeland <br />Security Grant Program (SHSGP), consistent with the Department of Homeland Security <br />State Strategy. <br />2. Recipient is subject to all administrative and financial requirements as set forth in this <br />Agreement, or will be in violation of the terms of the Agreement. <br />NOTE: Section .400(d) of OMB Circular A-133, as revised, and Section 215.97(5)(a), Florida <br />Statutes, require that the information about Federal Programs and State Projects included in <br />Exhibit 1 be provided to the Recipient. <br />Page 16 of 36 <br />
