0 <br /> Contract Number : 10 - 13G - 25 - 1040 -01 - 068 <br /> MODIFICATION TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN <br /> THE DIVISION OF EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY <br /> This Modification is made and entered into by and between the State of Florida , <br /> Division of Emergency Management (" the Division" ) , and Indian River County <br /> ( " Recipient") to modify DCA Contract Number 10 - 13G - 2540 - 40 -01 -068 , dated October 7 , <br /> 2009 ( it the Agreement" ) . <br /> WHEREAS , the Division and the Recipient have entered into the Agreement , <br /> pursuant to which the Division has provided a sub grant of $ 102 , 724 to Recipient ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the remaining amount of $ 57 , 360 from the 2008 - 2009 EMPG funds will <br /> increase the total Agreement amount and must be expended on or before June 30 , 2010 . <br /> NOW , THEREFORE , in consideration of the mutual promises of the parties <br /> contained herein, the parties agree as follows : <br /> 1 . The Agreement is amended to increase the maximum amount payable under <br /> the Agreement to 160 , 084 . <br /> 2 . All provisions of the Agreement being modified and any attachments thereto <br /> in conflict with this Modification shall be and are hereby changed to confonn <br /> with this Modification , effective as of the date of the last execution of this <br /> Modification by both parties . <br /> 3 .
