L.....�.. y <br />WEDNESDAY, JANUARY 22, 1969 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />met in regular session at the Courthouse, Vero Beach, Florida on <br />Wednesday,°January 22, 1969 at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were Jack <br />U. Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, Vice Chairman; D. B. <br />McCullers, Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Also present were <br />Jack G. Jennings, County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County <br />Attorney and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Burriss, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were <br />any corrections or additions to the minutes of January 8 and January <br />15, 1969. There were none and upon a Motion made by Commissioner <br />Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Massey, the minutes of January 8 <br />and January 15 were unanimously approved as written. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy, authorization for publication for Notice of Public Hearing on the <br />zoning change from R1 and CIA to Cl District on property north of <br />Glendale Road and east of Old Dixie Highway was unanimously approved. <br />The County Administrator reported that he had received a letter <br />from A. C. MacConnell and Associates regarding office space which <br />could be rented by the County. <br />After some discussion regarding office space in the Courthouse, <br />the Administrator was requested to contact the Agricultural Stabilization <br />and Conservation Agents regarding the problem of office space in the <br />Courthouse. <br />The hour of 9:00 o'clock A.
