M. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey, the Administrator was unanimously authorized to request the <br />Indian River Mosquito Control Board to spray the dumps on a twice a <br />week basis. <br />The Administrator reported that a list of the secondary road <br />program would be forthcoming from his office in the near future for <br />review by the Board. <br />A letter was received from Samuel Hunter, President of the Urban <br />Development Utilities regarding the status of the progress made by +, <br />that concern. <br />The County Attorney reported that through the State Road Department <br />an appraiser from Delray Beach had been employed for work on acquisition <br />of right-of-way for State Route #60, and suggested that a local firm <br />might be more economical. A Motion was made by Commissioner Loy, <br />seconded by Commissioner Massey and unanimously carried that the County <br />Administrator be requested to discuss with the State Road Department District <br />Office better coordination of effort where the funds expended are those <br />from the secondary road fund. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by'Commissioner • <br />Massey and unanimously carried the discussion regarding membership of <br />the East Central Regional Planning Council was postponed until the <br />next meeting. <br />At the suggestion of the County Attorney, a work -shop session for <br />informal discussion on legislation, was set up for 8:00 o'clock A.
