C, a foreign limited liability <br /> company, <br /> Plaintiffs , <br /> V . <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political <br /> subdivision of the state of Florida, <br /> Defendant . <br /> STIPULATION FOR APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT <br /> AND DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE <br /> Plaintiffs , DiVosta Homes , L .
