County shall not pay for these improvements out of the Capital <br /> Reserve Account, <br /> (b) County will construct a regulation size soccer field in the area of practice <br /> field number four in 2011 at its expense . County shall not pay for this construction out of <br /> the Capital Reserve Account." <br /> 7. Good Standing — No Violation. County and MiLB agree that, as of the date <br /> hereof, the Agreement is in good standing, neither party is in violation or default of any <br /> provision of the Agreement, and both parties are in full compliance with all provisions of the <br /> Agreement. <br /> 8e Conforming Terms. All remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement are <br /> hereby conformed to be consistent with the amendments set forth herein. <br /> 9e Remaining Terms. All remaining terms and conditions of the Agreement not <br /> amended or conformed herein shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> 10. Recordation.
