A. (CONSULTANT) and Indian River <br /> County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . —3— amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No ._3— is for the CONSULTANT to perform all related architecture and <br /> engineering services in connection with the development of the construction documents for the <br /> Crime Scene . Unit Vehicle Storage Compound Facility on the Site of the Indian River County <br /> Sheriff's Department Office and Jail Complex . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between CONSULTANT and COUNTY, the CONSULTANT shall provide <br /> Professional Architectural and Engineering services to complete all tasks as outlined in this <br /> Work Order No . —3_; specifically detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A. <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : <br /> a . Time of 100% " Paper Submittal" review (final review prior to request for final <br /> deliverables) submittal shall be _160_ calendar Days from notice to proceed . <br /> b . Time of FINAL project completion shall be within 45 calendar days of receipt of <br /> the County's review comments . <br />
