A . <br /> In accordance with Contract No . 1 <br /> This Work Order No . _ 1 _ is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 8 , <br /> 2009 between Donadio & Associates , Architects , P . A . ( CONSULTANT) and Indian River <br /> County ( COUNTY) . This Work Order No . _ 1 _ amends the agreement as follows : <br /> SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS <br /> This Work Order No . _ 1 _ is for the CONSULTANT to perform all related field and office <br /> architecture and engineering services in connection with the adaptive re - use of the existing <br /> structures at the Former Sun Sky Roofing Site adjacent to the Indian River County Sheriff <br />' s <br /> Department Office and Jail Complex . <br /> SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> As agreed upon between CONSULTANT and COUNTY , the CONSULTANT shall provide <br /> Professional Architectural and Engineering services to complete all tasks as outlined in this <br /> Work Order No . 1 ; specifically detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A . <br /> SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DELIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT <br /> 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : <br /> a . Time of 100% " Paper Submittal " review (final review prior to request for final <br /> deliverables ) submittal shall be 90 calendar Days from notice to proceed . <br /> b . Time of FINAL project completion shall be within _ 120_ calendar days of receipt of <br /> the County' s review comments . <br /> 2 . Deliverables -The CONSULTANT shall provide the COUNTY : <br /> a .
