A . In accordance with Contract No . 1 This Work Order No . _2_ is in accordance with the existing AGREEMENT dated September 8 , 2009 between Donadio & Associates , Architects , P . A . ( CONSULTANT ) and Indian River County (COUNTY) . This Work Order No . _2_ amends the agreement as follows : SECTION I — PROJECT LIMITS This Work Order No . _2_ is for the CONSULTANT to perform all related architecture and engineering services in connection with the development of the construction documents for the adaptive re - use of the existing structure at the Former Sun Sky Roofing Site adjacent to the Indian River County Sheriff' s Department Office and Jail Complex , SECTION II - SCOPE OF SERVICES As agreed upon between CONSULTANT and COUNTY , the CONSULTANT shall provide Professional Architectural and Engineering services to complete all tasks as outlined in this Work Order No . _2_ ; specifically detailed in the attached proposal Exhibit A . SECTION III — TIME FOR COMPLETION & DE LIVERABLES/WORK PRODUCT 1 . Project shall be completed as follows : a . Time of 100 % " Paper Submittal " review (final review prior to request for final deliverables ) submittal shall be _ 160_ calendar Days from notice to proceed . b . Time of FINAL project completion shall be within _45_ calendar days of receipt of the County ' s review comments .
