A letter was received from the Office of Civil Defense <br />requesting each of the Commissioners to submit a name of an <br />alternate to act in his place, in the case of his absence,in the <br />Indian River County Civil Defense Council. The Chairman requested <br />that the Members of the Board return these names at the next Board <br />meeting. <br />The hour of 10:00 o'clock A.
