The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />subdivision known as Summerplace Subdivision, Unit #$4 and <br />recommended its tentative approval as meeting County Subdivision <br />Regulations. On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, <br />seconded by Commissioner Loy,• the recommended tentative approval <br />of Summerplace Subdivision was unanimously given with the pro- <br />vision that all work be done to comply with County Subdivision <br />Regulations, provided however that in the work of developing <br />the subdivision the subdivider shall complete Coca Plum Lane <br />in accordance with the prior performance bond and in accordance <br />with the Subdivision Regulations in effect at the time of the <br />posting of that performance bond. <br />The County Attorney reported that a bill had been filed in <br />the House of Representatives constituting a claim for Mrs. Charlene <br />Williamsagainst Indian River County in the amount of $75,.000.00. <br />Upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried, the County Attorney was requested to <br />write to Representative Clifford McNulty and ask him to withdraw the <br />bill, copies of the letter to be sent to the State Representatives <br />and State Senators in our legislative delegation, and that the <br />County Attorney and any witnesses he may find, appertaining to the <br />case, are authorized to attend the hearing. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by <br />Commissioner Loy, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 69- 10 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, resolves: <br />1. That the form of agreement whereby this County engages the <br />services of the East Central Florida Regional Planning Council for the fiscal <br />year ending September 30, 1969, is herewith approved and the Chairman and <br />Clerk are authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and upon <br />behalf of the County. <br />FEB 19 1969 <br />TIrs <br />r or 2 , <br />1. <br />
