fence enclosure for the county barn property estimated at a cost <br />of approximate $4,000.00 was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy the request of Dickerson, Inc. to place and leave subsoil <br />material on county property located on the south side of right-of-way <br />on the west end of the new bridge over the Intracoastal Waterway <br />was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy the Road Right of Way Deed executed by James S. Lowry and Violet F. <br />lowry, his wife, to the County was unanimously accepted and ordered <br />recorded by the Clerk of the Circuit Court.1 <br />' <br />The County Administrator presented a tentative plat of a <br />subdivision known as Pineview Park Village Subdivision and recommended <br />its tentative approval as meeting County. Subdivision Regulations. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey, the recommended tentative approval of Pineview Park Village <br />Subdivision was unanimously given with the provision that all work <br />shall be done in accordance with County Subdivision Regulations. <br />Hugh Penuel, County Juvenile Officer appearing in regard to <br />office space was advised that the United States Agricultural Stabilization <br />and Conservation Office would be moving into the Civil Defense Building <br />as soon as painting was completed and that he could expect to move <br />into his new office about next Monday. <br />Homer Fletcher, Tax Assessor, appeared before the Board regarding <br />Hospitalization Insurance for his employees. On a Motion made by <br />Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner McCullers, the following <br />Resolution was unanimously adopted:.. <br />MAR 51969 <br />
