WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 1969 <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />met in regular session on Wednesday, March 19, 1969 at the Courthouse, <br />Vero Beach, Florida at 8:30 o'clock A. M. Present were Jack U. <br />Dritenbas, Chairman; Richard P. Bogosian, Vice Chairman; D. B. McCullers, <br />Jr.; Alma Lee Loy and Edward J. Massey. Also present were Jack G. <br />Jennings, County Administrator; Sherman N. Smith, Jr., County Attorney; <br />and Alfred H. Webber and Janet N. Burriss, Deputy Clerks. <br />The Chairman called the meeting to order and asked if there were <br />any corrections or additions to the minutes of March 5, 1969. There <br />were none and upon a Motion made by Commissioner McCullers, seconded <br />by Commissioner Massey, the minutes of March 5 were unanimously approved <br />as written. <br />Darrell Fennell, County Prosecuting Attorney, appeared before <br />the Board in regard to violations to zoning regulations. Mr. Fennell <br />stated that these violations were Miad.emeanors,andLtiat-•.informations <br />would be filed against the parties who were involved. <br />Mrs. Murray Michael of the Pelican Island Audubon Society appeared <br />before the Board requesting some aid from the County in draining the <br />parking area, removing some old cars and refrigerators which had been <br />left in the Kiwanis-Hobart Park and a little aid with the natural trails. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner Loy, <br />it was unanimously carried that the Administrator assist the Pelican <br />Island Audubon Society with the above listed problems at Kiwanis-Hobart <br />Park. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by <br />Commissioner Massey, the following Resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />gtvava nog <br />MAR 1 9 196 <br />
