The Administrator was authorized to clear an area by the <br />Sunshine Rehabilitation Center and the northern boundary of the <br />park so that thirty boys will have a place to play soccer. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried, Richard Bogosian and Ed Schlitt were <br />appointed as Indian River Cdunty Representatives to the East Central <br />Florida Regional Planning Council, and Donald Macdonald was appointed - <br />as alternate. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey and unanimously carried, two'. members of the Indian River <br />Long Range Planning Council will be appointed every year for a period <br />of three years. <br />The Administrator was requested to write a letter regarding <br />Federal Funds for County Assistance. in connection with traffic problems. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Massey, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy, the State Witness Payroll for the Circuit Court,Spring Term, in <br />the amount of $449.10; the State Witness Payroll for the County Court, <br />February Term 1969 in the amount of$319.72; and the State Witness <br />Payroll for the County Court, February Term, 1969 in the amount of <br />$46.92 were unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Loy, seconded by Commissioner <br />Massey, the application for admission to a State Tuberculosis Hospital <br />by James Albert Delk was unanimously approved. <br />On a Motion made by Commissioner Bogosian, seconded by Commissioner <br />Loy and unanimously carried the Clerk is authorized to advertise for <br />bids for microfilm equipment for the office of the Clerk of the <br />Circuit Court not .to exceed an estimated cost of $15,000.00 <br />The several bills and accounts against the County,having been <br />audited, were examined and found to be correct were approved and <br />warrants issued in settlement of same as follows: General Fund, <br />Nos. 2297 to 2351 inclusive; Road and Bridge Fund, Nos. 1441 to <br />1486 inclusive; Fine and Forfeiture Fund Nos. 200 to 204 inclusive. <br />MAR 1 9 1969 <br />Mk 12 <br />
