Current datasets will be provided by FDEM to <br /> counties through the appropriate Regional Coordinator. This shall include <br /> A) County Shelter data utilized by the State Emergency Support Function (ESF) 6 shall be updated . <br /> B) County Points of Distribution (CPODs) using a fonnat provided in cooperation with FDEM Logistics Section 95 below. <br /> C) Emergency Worker Base Camps using format provided in cooperation with FDEM Logistics Section # 5 below. <br /> D) Location and attribute information of all fire rescue, law enforcement, public safety and emergency service stations shall be <br /> provided consistent with existing datasets . <br /> E) Location and attribute information for Essential Services Centers / Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) sites using a format <br /> provided in cooperation with FDEM Recovery Section. <br /> F) Location and attribute information of other critical facilities shall be provided as appropriate to maintain, correct and/or update <br /> the statewide critical facilities database . Existing data will be provided to the counties through the Regional Coordinators and <br /> assistance will be made available through the FDEM GIS Unit. Attribute information for spatial data requested shall include : <br /> Facility name ; . Latitude/Longitude in decimal degrees, USNG Coordinates and Physical, E911 compatible addresses need to be <br /> complete and detailed to allow for accurate geocoding of each location. <br /> NOTES : <br /> Items listed above can be submitted via the following engines <br /> -ACAMS <br /> -HAZUS Web Portal (Password can be requested through Information Management Unit) <br /> -EXCEL Spreadsheet <br /> -Export from own GIS database <br /> If counties have no changes in last submission of spatial data information ; submit email to GIS Unit Program Manager stating "no <br /> change froin last submission." <br /> Deliverable Status Comments : <br /> 23 <br />
