1 ) Sec . 400 . 23 ( 2 ) ( 8 ) , Florida Statutes . Rules : evaluation and deficiencies ; licensure status . <br /> i . Review and approve comprehensive emergency management plan (for nursing homes and related health <br /> care facilities) submitted by the State Agency for Health Care Administration . <br /> ii . The local emergency management agency shall ensure that the following agencies , at a minimum , are <br /> given the opportunity to review the plan : Department of Elderly Affairs , Department of Health , the Agency <br /> for Health Care Administration , and the Division of Emergency Management . Also , appropriate volunteer <br /> organizations must be given the opportunity to review the plan . <br /> iii . The local emergency management agency must complete the comprehensive emergency management <br /> plan review within 60 days and either approve the plan or advise the facility of necessary revisions <br /> J ) Sec . 400 . 967 ( 2 ) ( 8 ) , Florida Statutes . University authorization for fixed capital outlay projects . The <br /> university board of trustees shall , in consultation with local and state emergency management agencies , <br /> assess existing facilities to identify the extent to which each campus has public hurricane evacuation shelter <br /> space . <br /> 21 <br />
