Recipient is to use funding to perform the following eligible activities as identified in the United States <br /> Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Preparedness <br /> Directorate, Fiscal Year 2013 Emergency Management Performance Grants Program. <br /> 2 .
