Federal Program : List applicable compliance requirements as follows: 1 . Recipient is to use funding to perform the following eligible activities as identified in the United States Department of Homeland Security, Federal Emergency Management Agency, National Preparedness Directorate, Fiscal Year 2013 Emergency Management Performance Grants Program. 2 . Recipient is subject to all administrative and financial requirements as set forth in this Agreement, or will be in violation of the terms of the Agreement.
